The class will cover canning (from beginning to end), freezing and drying techniques of the most popular herbs and vegetables as well as how to store your ready made items like salsas and sauces. Spend time in the garden gathering food then return to the kitchen to can it. Learn how to can all those vegetables from the garden as well as how to can ready made sauces. This class will move from the kitchen to the garden as needed so please dress accordingly. Registration and payment of $50 per person is required in advance via the website. Class fees are non refundable.
