The class will cover canning, freezing and drying techniques of the most popular herbs and vegetables as well as how to store your ready made items like salsas and sauces. You will start with the class where you will move from the kitchen to the garden as needed and then finish with a relaxing lunch over looking the gardens.
Registration and payment of $50 per person is required in advance via the website. This class includes lunch and is at the farm, 11300 Winfrey Rd, Glen Allen VA. Class starts at 10:30am until 12:30pm with lunch to follow. Class and lunch fees are non refundable.
